May 28, 2024, Evanston, IL: CoreFX Ingredients LLC, the Health through Nutrition company, has acquired the assets of Connoils LLC, a boutique nutritional technology company specializing in powder delivery systems and specialty oil distribution. The strategic acquisition further expands CoreFX’s technical capabilities and expertise.
CoreFX will operate the powder-delivery systems business within CoreFX and will partner with an oil distributor to manage the bulk oils business.
The acquisition will enable CoreFX to double down on its customer-first philosophy -- a cornerstone in its operations. Through this approach, the company can expand research and development and enhance its technical resources.
